HBNW has reached agreement with SA Digital Villages (SADV) wherein SADV will support the Hout Bay & Llandudno Integrated Community Safety plans by carrying Hout Bay's Community Safety CCTV and other project data free of charge on the SADV fibre network as well as paying a commission to HBNW for every customer who signs up for fibre through the SADV portal.

They currently sponsor free monitoring services to HBNW community cameras. In the case that something is detected they are able to immediately engage Watchcon to organise the appropriate response.
